My most “recent” Air Force 1 pick up was made in 2010 and was actually of a pair of 1998 Jewel Force Mids. My appreciation for that series of Force 1s will never die, and my quest to find more of those, as well as other non-jewel colorways from yesteryear continues on. Today, however, I might be persuaded to purchase a brand new colorway as the above-pictured pair really speaks to my love for grey. White perforated leather provides the backdrop to the grey party as both cool and wolf grey are used on the upper. Bright red and blue detailing on the tongue tag and stitching liven the colorway up a notch, while a sleek and smooth patent leather swoosh and heel tab to finish off what couldve very well been a “men’s only” release.
