Kanye's $50,000 Sneakers

Earlier this month we offered an early look at the special pair of Yeezy 2's Kanye West had donated to aid Hurricane Sandy victims through the New York Cares foundation. While we expected the shoe to draw in high priced bids it took us by a complete surprise to see it hit over $50,000 within two days of the auction's launch. With eight days left until bidding is closed expect the end price to be somewhere close to six figures.
