NBA Kicks Special Edition: A look back at Rajon Rondo's 2012-13 kicks #Featured

So at the end of the 2012-13 NBA campaign, we were going to put together our favorites on NBA Kicks and produce recaps of their season in sole. It was going to be a celebration of the players who we thought best represented the idea behind NBA Kicks, which is to highlight not only the best signature shoes in the league, but also those who valued variety. While “OMG, did you see wear this Air Jordan for the 20th time” was always going to get the headlines, it was fun to see those who bucked the trend either by rocking amazing PEs, kicks that defined the “got ‘em early” mentality and were not afraid to try something new, or in some cases, old. When we put it to a vote , the readers chose Rajon Rondo as our NBA Kicks First Half MVP, which was a bit of an upset in my eyes.
