this is a great list. 93 was the yr i first got into sneakers, getting a pair of 8's when i was in 3rd grade. from that point on i was hooked and would do anything it took from bugging my mother incessantly to saving up allowance for a year to having a lemonade stand to be able to get the next pair of shoes i wanted. this list shows what a classic and groundbreaking year 93 was and hopefully a lot of the youngings read up and educate themselves cause like you said some of the stuff done in 93 ended up directly influencing things being done on sneakers decades later. i feel like airwalk is also getting more love on here as of late which is so awesome because they really were an innovator in so many ways and i feel like a lot of blogs have just glossed over them as a brand that's now in payless's. airwalk one's were one of the first pair of shoes i really really wanted and i...
