I guess 29 years of Lebron wearing tight sneakers did this to his feet..
I'd rather not spend time looking up such a thing. Wearing specific footwear multiple hours a day for strenuous activity changes feet. I played soccer for years, and have wide feet - yet wanted short cleats because there is more clearance for kicks. It made my feet swell, pinched my toes together. I got serious callouses just from the sport itself. In the case of Lebron, who has a ridiculous frame/body, and who undoubtedly spends more time pivoting, sprinting, jumping, turning, stopping in specific footwear than anyone on the planet - it just isn't that surprising to me.
